On the top-right section, find 'Don't have an account?' and click Sign up to create an account.
Enter your first name, last name, suffix (if any), your valid email address, create a password (minimum 8 characters and maximum of 20 characters with at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special symbol), and upload your profile photo.
The system has two types of users: Admin and Data Collector.
The Admin is the user who will be managing the system and the data collectors.
The Data Collector is the user who will be collecting the data from the residents.
Always read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before clicking the Accept button, then click Create Account to finish your registration.
Wait for the admin to approve your account before you can access it or log in.
From the sign-in page, click Forgot password to start the recovery process.
Enter your valid email address to receive your One-Time PIN (OTP).
Check your Gmail account to receive your OTP, and remember not to share your OTP with anyone.
The OTP you enter must match the one sent to your email in order to proceed with resetting your password.
Once your OTP matches, you can change your password—make sure it is at least 8 characters long, includes 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special symbol—and never share your password with anyone.
